This grand old dame in downtown, San Diego was in desperate need of revitalization. It was a drab white building needing an update and a new infusion of elegance. R+M came up with an exterior color scheme; including 24K gold leaf and new custom awnings with iron tassels. They received awards from the Center City Development Corporation and the San Diego Downtown Partnership for their exterior restoration of this historic building.
